We are George and Candy Edmonson, we live in Hillsboro Texas where we started our Wagyu Beef business.

We offer safe and delicious Wagyu raised on Texas ranches, without hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is delicious, just as you might guess.

You won’t need to do much except heat it to your liking and dig in. We deliver locally within 35 miles of Hillsboro.
